Which video formats are supported?

Playing Box supports MP4, MOV, AVI, and WebM.

Does the app download my videos?

No. Videos are streamed directly from Dropbox.

Can I resume playback later?

Yes. Playback position is saved automatically.

Is a Dropbox account required?

Yes. The app works with your Dropbox videos.

Troubleshooting

• If videos do not appear, make sure the correct Dropbox folder is selected.
• If playback fails, check your internet connection and Dropbox access.
• If login fails, sign out and sign in again.

Subscription

• Premium unlocks unlimited playlists and loop segments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
