PlayingBox is a video playback application that connects to user-provided Dropbox storage and offers free and premium features.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your own Dropbox and Apple account.
• Ensuring your use complies with Dropbox, Apple, and applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable plans via Apple App Store.

• Billing cycle: monthly or yearly based on selected plan.
• Renewal: subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Charges: renewal charges are billed to your Apple account.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings.
• Access after cancellation: premium features remain available until the current paid period ends.

Any free trial, introductory offer, or win-back offer is subject to Apple policy and availability.

4. Refunds

Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple according to App Store terms and regional consumer law.

5. Dropbox Integration Disclaimer

PlayingBox depends on third-party Dropbox APIs and services. We are not liable for service interruption, API policy changes, account restrictions, or data availability issues caused by Dropbox.

You are responsible for rights and permissions to any content stored in your Dropbox account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PlayingBox for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with app operation except as permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

PlayingBox software, branding, and related materials are owned by AppCognito or its licensors. No license is granted except the limited right to use the app under these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayingBox is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

9. Termination
